On tap, poured a milky yellow. Flavor just didn't gel w/ me. I handed the beer to someone else, didn't want anything after the first once.

This is a very bright, not overly sweet hefe. It tastes like a good yeasty banana, which is a) a sentence I never thought I'd say and b) possibly a euphemism for a medical condition.

Found this rare beer on tap at the magic tree. Barely any smell on this one. looks like a pale lager. At first it comes across as a fairly mild brew with good co2. Has some of that medicinal feel to it and I’m not too sure if this can actually be called a hefe or not. Probably more like a wheat ale to me. Could use a few more manners. Lacks much of the hefe attributes that I have become so used to.

Slightly cloudy (but mostly clear) golden with a thin white cap. Nose is bright and bready and wheaty with a firm yeasty backbone. The taste is quite yeasty with a touch of clove that lasts through the finish, with some pale wheaty and blonde malt tones throughout.

Hazy yellow a Brat Haus. Fresh and clean flavors that youd expect in a good hefe. Yeast, banana, gum, spice, wheat. Good with food.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught at Bob’s Bar. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Aroma of wheat, banana and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of toasted malt, sweet spices and bananas. The finish is sweet with a clove and wheat aftertaste. Decent overall.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft. Hazy gold with a huge white head. Prototypical aroma and taste of banana and clove but adds a nice dash of citrus on both ends. Slightly dry crisp palate with good carbonation. Very enjoyable.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at Angel’s Trumpet. Pours golden and cloudy with an inch of white foam like a hefe should. Nice nose on it with the banana dominating. Pretty solidl on the palate with the banana and clove notes. Finishes clean. Very nice example of style.

On tap at Dutch’s. Sort of hazy golden yellow color. Thin white head. Some bigger dots and ropes of lace, looks solid. Medium body. Nice smooth lighter carbonation, sort of creamy texture, lightly dry finish. Nice banana, vanilla flavors, light spice. Moderate sweet taste. Tasty hefeweizen.
