This titanic, immensely viscous stout is loaded with inimitable flavors of chocolate-covered caramel and coffee and hide a hefty 98 IBUs underneath the smooth blanket of malt. Ten FIDY (10.5% ABV) is made with enormous amounts of two-row malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley, flaked oats and hops. Ten FIDY is the ultimate celebration of dark malts and boundary-stretching beer.

Opaque black body with dense cream head. Nice dark semi sweet chocolate nose, dark fruits. Oily mouth feel. Taste chocolate, chocolate, chocolate, caramel, slight roast and espresso. Ten fidy you couldn’t tell the alcohol the name suggest. A kick butt stout

4 oz draft pour shared by solidfunk at ChurchKey during their Sierra Nevada Beer Camp event. 2013 keg. Aromas of light booze, dark fruit, chocolate, roast, light caramel. Tastes of chocolate, roast, caramel, light dark fruit. Medium body with a dry finish. Prefer this one fresh I think.

Pour from can. Dark, dark brown with cinnamon colored head that quickly recedes. Nose of dark chocolate, roasted malt. Taste of bitter coffee, a little chocolate, some hops and a little too much alcohol on the finish. It's good, but not an elite imperial stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. can. Pours a black color with a thin, deep tan head that doesn’t stick around for long. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, alcohol and a touch of oak. Full bodied, it tastes of all of the above. Slightly warming, it leaves with a dry finish. Great beer!

Pours black from the can. Very interesting, full bodied flavor. Not quite as good as Old Rasputin Russian a Imperial Stout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bought a 4-pack of this at Spinnakers liquor store in Victoria, BC. Pours a deep black color with a nice tan head. Smells malty, chocolatey and of slight coffee. Taste is the same. One of the finest Imperial Stouts i've ever had. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a dark brown with a thick tan foam head. Has an aroma of roasted malts and even a little oak wood. Flavor is sweet chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, some bitterness underneath that, and some alcohol. Wonderful beer.

Fantastic, velvet finish, with lots of deep roasted notes that plays with the hopping... a masterpiece of a RIS

Fantastic had it on draft, deep dark, super rich roasted malt notes, velvet like expression.

From can to tulip. Overt chocolate and rich malt. Alcohol on the nose apparent. Black and inky with brown highlights and dirty, brown head that slowly faces to a collar. Oily texture, viscous. Full, rich malts and deep fruit. Alcohol warmth. Moderate bitterness. Feel like I would have rated this higher the other times I have had it. But still pretty tasty.
