KM (145), Tromsø, Norway May 28, 2008 Tap. Almost black body (very dark brown). Creamy beige head, medium sized and lasting. Roasted aroma, milk chocolate (creamy). Medium to heavy. Light roasted flavour, dry. A little watery palate. A light stout. Some bitterness in the finish. (Oslo mikrobryggeri, 09.05.08) garza (87), Caracas, Venezuela Apr 24, 2008 It has a very strong coffee aroma, very nice look. At first impresion taste more like a porter, very good bitter palate. It takes more than 10 minutes to pour, order another one while you are waiting! Beer_2000 (1269), Kristiansand, Norway Apr 17, 2008 Draught @ OMB. Finally perfect served this time at a moderate temperature and almost two minutes work. Body is black with a big, dense beige N2 head. Aroma was deceptive week, but nice. Slightly roasted malt, dry fruit, some coffee and chocolate. Flavor is exactly as promised from the aroma, roasted malt, fruity, coffee, dry fruit and a balanced long bitter finish. Very nice, but my overall impression was a bit disappointed. This stout isn’t exactly what I would call an Imperial stout, the body is to light. This is closer to ordinary Irish Stout IMO. Finn (1092), Tromsø, Norway Jan 23, 2008 On tap 29 Jun 07. Black as coal with an everlasting tanned creamy head. Sourish roasted flavor. A bit carbonated. Dry roasted malty aftertaste. Well rounded. tarjei (1300), Bryne, Norway Sep 17, 2007 0,56 l at the brewpub. Black. Creamy, brown head. Coffee and some c hocolate, good bitterness. Served too cold.
