Bottle. The look is clear, deep golden, and thin whitish head. The smell is a musty hops, grass, malts, caramel, and floral. The taste is grassy, hops, bitterness, hops, and good.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of biscuit, skunk bud, earthiness, grapefruit, tangerine and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit and pine with a crisp dry bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cloudy golden coloured body with a thick, two centimetre tall pitch white head with even more of a chewy, witty look - very nice. Aroma of super pungent and potent grassy, herbal, resinous and grapefruity hops, and not much else, aside from maybe a bit of candy sugar. Medium-bodied; Assertive effervescence with a big floral and grassy hop kick with a relatively short grapefruit kick, given the tons of hops - but the balance is off somewhat with not much malt showing through at all. Aftertaste is nice, but simple, with just the resinous and grassy hops coming through and nothing else - no malt, no alcohol and no sugar, just hop bitterness, which is nice, just simple. Overall, a very nice and intensely hopped IPA, but the complexity doesnít ever start and the other flavours are no where to be found. Definitely worth trying if you can get it and like IPAs, but sadly still doesnít compare to West Coast IPAs. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Ridgeview Liqour in Green Bay, Wisconsin on 29-July-2012 for US$1.89 sampled at home in Washington on 04-September-2012 a few hours before leaving again for Milwaukee.

Thanks to GhostFace for this one. 12oz bottle pours a nice hop hazed deep gold with copper hues and semi loose white head of foam. The aroma has a nice grapefruit hoppy goodness with some lime peel and hop resin creating added depth as well as faint malts in the background. Yum, the taste is full of grapefruit and some tangelo citrus hop flavor notes and then moving into more and more citrus hop bitterness. Iím really liking this. Rich bitter delicious. Nice one!

12oz bottle courtesy of GhostFace. Cheers, Neal! Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is a nice bit of caramel, orange, apricot, and mild pine notes. Flavor is similar- orange and apricot with pine and light alcohol on the back end. Light to medium in body with lingering pine. Nice iipa overall.

8/10/12. 12oz bottle. Hazy orange pour with a nice off white head. Floral, earthy, and slightly dank aroma with some citrus and caramel. Parallel flavor with even more dankness and caramel. Not bad.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Unfiltered orange-tan. Big soapy, steady head. Dry, bitter, resinous hop aroma...something a little bit off in there too, factory metal-plastic sweetness. Iíve had this beer numerous times on tap. even on nitro. Never realized it was only 7%. it doesnít really come off so big I suppose, but there is some intense bitterness, Itís sort of one-dimensional though, mostly soapy dryness. Doesnít really come together all the way, sort of bold up front but just fades on you. Still pretty enjoyable, and those hop tones do come out the more you sip on it..

Tried this at sugar maple last night. Smooth, but bitter taste. Very hoppy so be ready for it.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Full aroma of grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, and some piney undertones. Taste is very bitter and hoppy. Much more pine comes through initially in the taste with citrus flavors, being mostly grapefruit, becoming apparent later. Big hops taste here throughout. Medium bodied with more of a slick texture. Long bitter pine aftertaste. This is my first experience from this brewery and I am extremely impressed with this.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light honey color with a creamy head. Smells floral with a bit of grapefruit mixed in. Very resinous with an intense, bitter hoppiness at the finish. Very boozy seeming. Flavors of chamomile, grass, lemon, pine, and honey. Not bad, but could use a bit more malt to match the aggressive hops.
