4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 cbfobes (1675) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - APR 13, 2011
On tap at Old Fashioned in Madison, pours a hazy dark golden/orange with a nice thick white head and sticky lacing through out the entire glass, aroma has a huge kick of citrus and tropical fruit with a nice backing of hops, the flavor is a great mixture of hops with mango and other tropical fruits, the mouthfeel is almost of an imperial IPA and it feels like a "big" beer. I was actually very happy with this brew, worth it alone to drive to Old Fashioned and get this fresh.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 FunkyBrewster (1513) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 25, 2011
On tap. Pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is very bright citric hops, a lot of tropical fruits playing with a light biscuity and sweet caramel backbone with the sweet orange and mango notes at the front. Flavor has much the same balance, lots of fresh citric fruits from the sweet start to the crisp and grassy finish. Maybe a touch of pine at the end along with all of the tropical notes. Medium body and a sharper carbonation. A very straightforward but super fresh IPA, reminds me of a hot summer day
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 esjaygee (3209) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 4, 2010
On tap at the O’so taproom. Nothing like walking around looking at hops, malt and other related items while walking around with a nice tasty IPA. Amber with a thin white head and moderate lacing. Aroma is very hoppy with grapefruit, orange, light pine and some caramel but it’s not quite balanced out. Taste is a hop bomb with a fair amount of malt and a high bitter and peppery finish that’s pretty aggressive. Grapefruit, orange, pine and some grassy hops with some caramel and tropical fruits. IPA all day, nice job O’so.

On tap at Sugar Maple last month. The beer pours to a deep amber body with a starch white head. The aroma is bitter grass and grapefruit. Sweet mango and nectarines and deep toasted malt. Mouthwatering bitter palate.
5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20 devilrunner (5) - USA - OCT 24, 2010 does not count
As far as IPAs go, this is one of the best we have had outside of Colorado. You can only find it in Wisconsin, but it is worth the drive. The owners are very enthusiastic about their beers and were some of the friendliest people we have come across! Get it if you can

On tap at Sugar Maple. Clear gold/amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is orange, pine, grass and grapefruit with very little malt. Orange and grapefruit flavor with some pine and sweet malt before a bitter grapefruit rind finish.
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20 arminjewell (4163) - Saudi Auroria, Colorado, USA - SEP 20, 2010
Pours hazy orange with white head, on tap at GLBF. Huge hop aroma including tangerines, oranges, lemon, some tropical fruit, with just a touch of caramel. Taste is a blast of citrus up front, with a touch of caramel in the middle, and the ending is huge bitter that blasts the palate. Definitely more of a DIPA caliber with the amount of hops in there. Great brew!
