Draft nitro. Poured hazy copper color with an average creamy off-white head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy creamy hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture with soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bitter flavor with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of medium to long duration. Very good brew.

Bottle poured a hazy gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of biscuit, skunk bud, earthiness, grapefruit, tangerine and light pine. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, grapefruit and pine with a crisp dry bitter lingering grapefruit finish.

A hazed blonde IPA with a thin off white head. In aroma, a nice herbaceous malt with floral hops, catnip notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice challenging IPA with catnip hops, resinous, menthol coolness, very nice. On tap at Istmus Beer and Cheese Fest, Jan 21 2012.

12 ounce bottle shared at the July MDF tasting. Slightly hazy golden, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of sticky resin and earthy hops, caramel malt. Pours hazy orange with white head, on tap at GLBF. Huge hop aroma including tangerines, oranges, lemon, some tropical fruit, with just a touch of caramel. Taste is a blast of citrus up front, with a touch of caramel in the middle, and the ending is huge bitter that blasts the palate. Definitely more of a DIPA caliber with the amount of hops in there. Great brew!

Bottle at the Casanova Beer Cave festival. Crystal clear yellow pour with a soapy white head. Bright citrus hops and quite bitter. Very good.
