12oz bottle from Hippo Beers. Hazy amber brown, reasonable head. Grain hop aroma. Bitter biscuit toffee hop flavour. Pretty good big IPA.

On tap at the Oso taproom. Nothing like walking around looking at hops, malt and other related items while walking around with a nice tasty IPA. Amber with a thin white head and moderate lacing. Aroma is very hoppy with grapefruit, orange, light pine and some caramel but its not quite balanced out. Taste is a hop bomb with a fair amount of malt and a high bitter and peppery finish thats pretty aggressive. Grapefruit, orange, pine and some grassy hops with some caramel and tropical fruits. IPA all day, nice job Oso.

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate, malty and dryish - lightly sweetish aroma, faint caramel and light - some tropical/berry fruitiness, citrus/piney hoppyness. Body is medium, malty and dryish - lightly sweetish flavor, faint caramel and bread, light tropical/berry fruitiness, some citrus/piney hoppyness, Finish is average to long, malty and dryish - lightly sweetish, faint caramel and tropical/berry fruitiness, citrus - some piney hoppyness. OK dryish IPA - nice hoppy/fruity aroma. Flavor/finish could use bit more fruitiness. Not too much caramel.

On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and shaker served with a lightly hazed, golden hue, a modest amount of white head foam, and etched-like rings of lacing that clung to the glass. The aroma presented pleasant, expressive grapefruit, a touch of sweetness, and just a hint of resiny cattiness. The flavor was the aroma notes plus smooth malt, medium hop bitterness that lingered nicely, and was somewhat earthy and rind-like. The body was medium, and the finish matched the bitterness with a successful dryness. A well balanced, crisp, no frills IPA.

Bottle. Orange in color, whitish head. Citrus, some fruity and grassy notes in aroma. Some cereal and sweetness too. Quite smooth one. Citrus and grassy bitterness in taste. Later on some mild floral notes as well.

On tap at Sugar Maple last month. The beer pours to a deep amber body with a starch white head. The aroma is bitter grass and grapefruit. Sweet mango and nectarines and deep toasted malt. Mouthwatering bitter palate.

Nitro pour - Clear light amber with a creamy white head. Citrus hops on the nose, with light pale cracker malt, citrus rind, and a touch of pine. Taste is really clean, pale malt, light with lots of pine/grass/dank hops. Has a bit of the garlic/onion/dank hop finish that Ive found in Zombie Dust or New Glaruss IIPA. Creamy nitro bubbles fill the body in the mouth, fluffing it up and making it nice and creamy. Pretty good stuff, even if a little in-your-face for my tastes (though with a name like Hop Whoopin, what did I expect?).

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a slightly cloudy orange with a half finger of white head. Aroma of citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is heavily bitter. Pine resin with grapefruit and citrus. Full bodied with a creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, awesome. This could be an everyday drinker for me.

On tap at Old Fashioned in Madison, pours a hazy dark golden/orange with a nice thick white head and sticky lacing through out the entire glass, aroma has a huge kick of citrus and tropical fruit with a nice backing of hops, the flavor is a great mixture of hops with mango and other tropical fruits, the mouthfeel is almost of an imperial IPA and it feels like a "big" beer. I was actually very happy with this brew, worth it alone to drive to Old Fashioned and get this fresh.
