It was a brutally hot day and I was offered this self proclaimed "obnoxious deranged intense" bottle and I thought "it's just too hot for a intense IPA".But what a great beer! Malty on the tongue at first followed by that hoppy middle taste and a smooth finish of hops. It was a nice IPA and not as extreme as advertised ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Wowzers! Hops! No joke on this. Hope heads will not be disappointed. Looks like a miller lite and tastes like an IV of pure hops into your body. It is what is. Hoppy. Fascinating. Fun. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bright yellow. Little carb. A lot of lemon on the nose. Taste is a lot of lemon, piney, bittering hops. Very unique.

Pours a surprising yellow - gold color. Thin white head. Aroma is full of pine. Taste is initially sweeter than expected and mouth feel is a bit soft, with unexpected hints of a fruit (mango? banana?). Then the hops come in with a long, dank finish. Good, but oddly soft. And I prefer a bigger citrus profile.

Cloudy and orange with white foamy head. Pine, dank, citrus aroma with a slight hint of booze. Taste is citrus, grapefruit and also dank. Medium to full body. Creamy finish. Definitely a good beer, not as fruity or tropical as other hop forward beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Dark orange pour. Dank and citrusy. Pine finish. Nice full body (almost creamy) for an ipa. Good.

Thanks Chris! This was delicious. Very foamy pillowy head. Floral nose and resiny hop flavors.

Bottle. Darker yellow/orange pour with an off white head. Head dies down quickly but leaves a frothy skin" floating on the liquid. Some lacing on the glass. Strong hop/grapefruit nose. Some hints of floral goodness. The palate is of strong hops. But this is not the overpowering hops I expected. Some companies are dumping a ton of hops into water and calling it "craft brew" and the bitterness wipes out everything else on the ol taste buds. The 95 IBUs in this is detected but not overwhelming. The higher alcohol content is not detected in the least (no burn). Look, Im a big hop head. I love bitter beer. But past the hoppy bitterness there has to be more. A lot of beers lately are nothing but hop water. This isnt. Its good, heavy but balanced, and I will buy it again.

Nitro Tap. Pours clear golden, medium supper creamy white head, lasts forever, great lacing. Aroma is pot, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is the same, medium honey sweetness, light dank potty citrus bitterness. Not harsh. Medium body, creamy mouthfeel. Interesting and tasty.

[Tap] Tried on nitro at the taproom back in March. Bright amber/orange pour with a typical dense nitro head. Nice citrus and pine aroma. Clean taste is of dank hoppiness and sweet breads. Oddly creamy, but I think that is from the nitro more than anything. Strong pine sap bitterness to close it out. Dry and mildly alcoholic finish. Tasty.
