Apple skin and more overripe sweet rank smells.. thin pal. Terrible tste again, oxidized, rusty pipewater w/ rotten apple skin. The apple is nasty. phishpond417 (1953), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Aroma is earthy, floral- a decent orange colour with a medium sized white head. But taste is very unique. Enjoyable, but stretching it. grapefruit notes otherwise noticeably hoppy in the finish. iowaherkeye (1895), Los Angeles, California, USA

Clear orange with a one finger staying creamy off-white head. Oh man, the amount of diacetyl is awesome in this! There’s that, and some buttery caramel, and a hint of sweaty Cascades. Flavor doesn’t have quite as much diacetyl, but there’s still plenty to be had. Semi-dry with bitterness around a 3. Medium body with low carbonation. Not a terrible beer, but I wouldn’t pay for it. esjaygee (1600), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA

Taste of citrus, caramel, floral hops and some sweet malt. Mild bitter after taste that citrusy and for some odd reason I taste noodles in here too. drowland (1448), Tallahassee, Florida, USA

Pours cloudy orange with an enormous khaki head (don’t straight pour this for long). The aroma is hoppy and resinous, but it’s also a bit soapy. The flavor doesn’t deliver the hops as much. There is some malt and a hint of bitterness with sweet citrus hop flavor, but overall it’s a bit weak and watery. HonkeyBra (1404), Lemont, Illinois, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | May 9, 2009 Orange pour with white head. Smells like styrofoam and maybe a slight impression of hop. Stale malt flavor with a weird aluminum note. Kind of like eating a metal can coated in shit. This is like a really horrible homebrew. I have five more of these in the fridge. | 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 18, 2008 Aroma not as hoppy as the name would indicate, slight mix of grassy and citrus hop, flavor was interesting,an unusual mix of crystal and Munich malt, and a difinite indication of diacetyl, which in this case did not seem to ruin the flavor, different enough to be tried again, not ballsy enough to be memorable nuplastikk (1261), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Sep 1, 2009 12oz bottle. Medium thick orange-brown color, minimal head. Sweet balanced aroma. Medium bodied. A pretty nice pale ale, with some taosty caramel maltiness backed up by a solid earthy hop bill. Earthy and sweet aftertaste. Mild bitterness, but solidly hopped. Smooth, easy, and classic while still displaying it’s quality ingredients.
