3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 ccex (796) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAY 14, 2013
12 oz bottle pours a hazy golden color with lots of bubbles rising to a white head that provides some lacing. Aroma is full of grains, grass and noble hops, but not skunky. Body is medium with average carbonation.Taste is slightly bitter, especially in the finish. A decent pilsener worth trying once

Poured a mid-gold with a nice, large frothy head - significantly lacing remained throughout the drink. Aroma of fruity hops and malts. Taste was of malts and pilsner hops predominating the later half. Palate was decent. Overall, a pretty decent pilsner with a nice hop accent.
3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 Narnad (1340) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - MAR 24, 2013
I respect the purpose of the brew. Pours a yellow color with a very low white head that fades quickly. Aroma has hefty noble hops grassy presence with some mild grainy presence at the end. Flavor has a great grassy noble hops presence with a well balanced grainy presence that perfectly compliments the hops. Body is light with a modest amount of fizzy character and a light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. I like the strong hops flavor present in this light brew.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jstraw (1654) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - FEB 1, 2013
Gold with modest white head / Mild nose of grain and biscuit / Medium body, fat, soft carbonation, hint of sweetness but mostly dry to point of astringency, with bitter finish / Astringency overpowers modest, muddy flavors of citrus and pine / Somewhat disjointed, lacking the clean character I would expect of a pils.

Always looking for a good pilsner. This one was ok, I think I prefer Czech style pilsners over german. I will definitely finish the six pack though.

On tap at Dexters, pours a hazy gold with a thin bubbly white head, the aroma has a nice amount of fruit and crackers, the flavor is very crisp and clean with some bread notes mixed in with a little bit of fruit in the finish, light and easy drinking, really enjoyed this.

Bottle thanks to nuplastikk: Pours a clear deep golden with a clingy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet pale malty nose with some soft grainy notes and fresh grassy noble hops. Body starts with decent fullness and effervescent carbonation with a mild sweetness and fresh noble hop bitter balance before a drier, crisp finish. True to style and quite drinkable.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 tmoreau (1625) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - DEC 21, 2012
On tap at Lunar Brewing Co., and shaker served with a lightly hazed, light gold color, with a modest layer of white head foam, and good cling to the curtainy lacing. The aroma was slightly stinky yeast, light graininess, Pils malt, and a touch of corn silk. The body was lighter than medium, carbonation was lively, and a moderate, earthy, hop bitterness tandemed with a lingering dryness through the finish. Decent, sessionable German Pils.
