COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Memory Lane is a German Pilsner style beer, brewed with all German hops, Munich and Pilsner malt. The hops are the showcase of this beer and last through the finish. Expect light and crisp, yet flavorful from the hops. We are releasing this beer on draught July 28th, then in bottles starting November, which is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. This will be added to our lineup our year round offerings, and we have pledged to continue to give 5% of the proceeds of every beer sold to the Alzheimer’s Association of Wisconsin for the life of the beer. Grandpa would be proud!

Clear gold with a frothy, well-sustained head - nose is sourish (spoiled orange juice), with moderate spicy hops and light mineral - flavor is very bitter and hoppy up front, tasting almost like an ipa - this is followed by light sourness and a fairly strong minerality - lightly sweet pils malt.character before a dry, overly bitter finish.

Cloudy golden with thin white head. Fruity, mild lemon, corn, and mild floral aroma. Medium bodied, flavor like aroma with a stronger lemony hop presence. Medium bitterness that lingers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. Golden with small head. Pilsner style. Almost a crisp finish, but there’s some small off-ness to the body that distracts from the overall beer.

12 oz bottle pours a hazy golden color with lots of bubbles rising to a white head that provides some lacing. Aroma is full of grains, grass and noble hops, but not skunky. Body is medium with average carbonation.Taste is slightly bitter, especially in the finish. A decent pilsener worth trying once

Poured a mid-gold with a nice, large frothy head - significantly lacing remained throughout the drink. Aroma of fruity hops and malts. Taste was of malts and pilsner hops predominating the later half. Palate was decent. Overall, a pretty decent pilsner with a nice hop accent.

I respect the purpose of the brew. Pours a yellow color with a very low white head that fades quickly. Aroma has hefty noble hops grassy presence with some mild grainy presence at the end. Flavor has a great grassy noble hops presence with a well balanced grainy presence that perfectly compliments the hops. Body is light with a modest amount of fizzy character and a light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. I like the strong hops flavor present in this light brew.

Pours a straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is biscuit and light grassy hops. Medium carbonation. Taste is light biscuity grain with light grassy hops. All right.

Hazy straw yellow with a quickly fading medium white topper. Aroma is noble and grassy with light bread, toasted malt a touch of skunk. Taste is bland with grassy and noble hops, sweet malt and a clean finish.

Gold with modest white head / Mild nose of grain and biscuit / Medium body, fat, soft carbonation, hint of sweetness but mostly dry to point of astringency, with bitter finish / Astringency overpowers modest, muddy flavors of citrus and pine / Somewhat disjointed, lacking the clean character I would expect of a pils.
