Memory Lane is a German Pilsner style beer, brewed with all German hops, Munich and Pilsner malt. The hops are the showcase of this beer and last through the finish. Expect light and crisp, yet flavorful from the hops. We are releasing this beer on draught July 28th, then in bottles starting November, which is Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. This will be added to our lineup our year round offerings, and we have pledged to continue to give 5% of the proceeds of every beer sold to the Alzheimer’s Association of Wisconsin for the life of the beer. Grandpa would be proud!

Pours a crystal clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains and light grass on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes crisp and clean.

Pourd with a nice long lasting head and a little lace. Kind of dark for a Pilsner. Flavor doesn't fit traditional profile. Decent body. Fairly drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not a world-class pils but very nice considering it is from the US. Nice bitterness, a refreshing beverage.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a pale golden color with a small white head. Aroma of cracker and bready malts, mild grass hops with a bit stronger leaf hop presence. Flavor is dry, crisp, nice crackery malt and with a mild bitterness. Light bodied with a effervescent carbonation. Finishes clean and a touch on the bitter side. Nice pilsner.

On tap at Dexters, pours a hazy gold with a thin bubbly white head, the aroma has a nice amount of fruit and crackers, the flavor is very crisp and clean with some bread notes mixed in with a little bit of fruit in the finish, light and easy drinking, really enjoyed this.

I respect the purpose of the brew. Pours a yellow color with a very low white head that fades quickly. Aroma has hefty noble hops grassy presence with some mild grainy presence at the end. Flavor has a great grassy noble hops presence with a well balanced grainy presence that perfectly compliments the hops. Body is light with a modest amount of fizzy character and a light dryness. Overall a pretty good brew. I like the strong hops flavor present in this light brew.

Golden yellow pour with a white head. Aroma is malt and spice. Taste is a nice malt backbone and a nice aftertaste. Nice lacing. Tasty beer.

This stuff pours a distressingly cloudy yellow but is actually a damn fine pilsener. It has a floral noble hop and a nice, crisp and slightly lemony flavor. It might be just a touch on the sweet side for the style but it works well with the citric hops so no complaints here. Aside from looking like a wit, this it’s really well done.

Very slightly hazy pale gold color with a medium sized thick head that just won’t go away. Crisp slightly floral aroma with a hint of grain. Flavor is sweet clean and malty with floral and citrus hops and a bit of herbal astringency in the finish. Light bodied with a creamy, bitter finish and light carbonation. A good beer that goes down very easy.

Bottle - First of all...thank you O’so--more Pilsener, please! Second of all, good form on the 5% to Alzheimer’s Association. On to the beer--it pours clear gold with a thin foamy white head. Nose is crisp herbal hops, light pale dry malt, and a dusty yeastiness. Notes of honey. Taste is the same--real light and crisp pale malt, a bit watery with some grassy/herbal hops on the finish. Slick and smooth in the mouth, with a fuller body than I would have guessed. Tasty, but doesn’t quite rise to the level I was hoping it would. Still, so glad to get a 6-pack of this than another nondescript IPA.
