Pours dark brown, nearly black with nearly zero head just a touch of off white foam. Nice roast greets the nose followed by some coffee and maybe some cocoa powder. Tastes huge, lots of even roast flavor, minimal hops and some caramel hints. Overall this is a huge porter. A lot bigger in flavor and body than I was expecting. I would love to keep this around the fridge at all times.

Bottled, 355ml from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham, Gloucs. Black with cream head. There is a bitter-sweetness to this from the off, bitter coffee and liquorice notes then sweetish chocolate. It is big on the palate, some fruitiness. Pretty decent beer.

Pullo @ Alko. Alla on kevyesti savista maamaisuutta täydentäen hyvin. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen+, humalointi ei juuri tunnu. Melko kermainen tuntuma.
