A smooth malty Red Ale with hints of carmel and roast. Inspired by the beers of Vienna with a added twist of American style. "Rusty Red, this ones for you!"

This has surpassed all other Amber/Red beers in terms of smoothness and maltyness for me. The description on the label is 100% accurate. With a solid 6 ABV you wouldnít even realize, I would share this beer on cold fall or winter nights with someone who may not have yet discovered an appreciation for malty goodness.

Pours a slightly cloudy reddish amber color with off-white head. Caramel malts, bread, and biscuit on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes with more malt, good red ale.

pours a ruby reddish brown with a thick frothy beige head. Lots of carbonation. aroma is malt and biscuits. Taste is malty with a little caramel and some bread. Faint sweetness on the finish. I like it and I think itís better than itís rating would suggest. Good beer!

I donít know why, I just really donít like this beer. Iíve had it from a bottle, but this last Saturday my dad got a Nitro pour of it at the brewery. Wow, that made it much worse. The name seemed fitting as all I could taste was rust. He actually liked it. Me, I enjoy most everything from Oíso, but this one beer.

Pours a cloudy amber with little head. Kind of a stale bread aroma. Metallic, pruny taste. Crisp finish, slight lingering aftertaste. All said, a good campfire sipping beer. Not going to blow you away, but not going to let you down either.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy orangish red with an off white head. Flavors are bread, malt with a hint of mild fruitiness. Medium body and carbonation. All makes for a pleasing get home from work type beer. Plenty of flavor but doesn't overwhelm. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ the ‹ber Tap Room in the Wisconsin Cheese Shop, Milwaukee. Deeply hazy orange amber, tightly packed white head. Low aroma of fruity caramel, light butterscotch. Mild flavours of fruity caramel, low bitterness. Just ok.

12 oz. bottle poured to a Czech-pils glass at the Cornerstone Tap in Baileyís Harbor, WI.. Displayed a clear, brownish amber color, with decent persistence to the off white/light tan head foam, and fair waves & spots of lacing. The nose was light grain with a touch of dankness, some toastiness, caramel sweetness, and slight esters as apricot. Moderately lingering hop bitterness, with fair malt content, a little less than medium body, and okay carbonation. Paired well with the Packer win and the Sunday nite, fried chicken special.
