Bottle. Pours a hazy murky orange tan with a big sticky white head. Aroma is vanilla, rubber, and cotton candy. This is a pleasure to drink. Mild up front tart that quickly turns yeasty banana with a lingering bubblegum. The vanilla lasts through all. The carbonation is perfect to compliment everything going on here.

One of my first experiences with a sour beer and Winds of Change was a great choice. Very well balanced.

Dark amber golden color. Vanilla, oak, fruity, tart nose with definite Brett. Light mouth, moderately dry, but a bit bigger backbone than I would expect for 5.5% with a fair amount of Brett. Could be a bit more refined in the mouth with lighter and drier, but still very nice. Dry finish with modest bitterness. Nice stuff.

Sample at the 2014 Infected Chimipalooza on 11/01/2014. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily. Short strings of lacing. Brett, oak and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of brett yeast, oak and earthy malt. The finish is moderately sour with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Tap at Sidedoor. Filtered stained glass orange body. Foamy, steady off white head. Funked out brett, odd intense mango, pungent island fruit. An odd creature, a little too far gone for a Pale Ale. Not much finesse, just sort of smacks you in the face with controlled infection. Unique, but seems like it would be best blended down or with something else. Not really that enjoyable. Needs to be dialed down, mellowed out. Challenging. Undesirable.
