Ethereal (927), London, Greater London, England Aug 3, 2008 Cask at Kingston BF, 28th June 2008, with renffisch. Bright yellow with a summery aroma of honey, lemons and floral hops. When you take a sip though, things go downhill. There’s some bitterness but it soon begins to taste like weak fairy liquid. Unbalanced, this is a bit of a dog’s breakfast of a beer. renffisch (458), london, Greater London, England Jul 31, 2008 citric sweet nose. greenish yellow colour, finest white rim. fresh, bitter taste, grass and cardboard. too long, very dry, overly chalky mouthfeel. bland and dry overall. bobinlondon (220), Harrow, Greater London, England Jul 16, 2008 Handpulled cask at JDW Harrow.
