Cask at Poste of Stone, Stone, Staffs. A very light ale which gives the impression it may be high on citrus content. More full bodied than that and a good quaffing light ale.

citric sweet nose. greenish yellow colour, finest white rim. fresh, bitter taste, grass and cardboard. too long, very dry, overly chalky mouthfeel. bland and dry overall.

On cask. Light gold, white top. Smells of bitter lemon. In the mouth there's a gin like slo-berry, lime, and bags of hoppy bitters. A bit off kilter.

Draught in the New Continental, Preston - 19/2/11. Golden beer with a pure white head. Citrus nose and a dry finish. Not many notes as was very tired at the time!

A floral buiscuity nose is how I would describe this amber coloured ale. A well balanced ale with grapefuit tones in the taste and a good degree of bitterness.

quite tentative about this one to start with, thought it might knock me for 6 with the amount i’d already had, and it did! very pleasant pint, didn’t taste at all too strong. left me with a warm feeling!
