[500ml bottle, The Bottle, York] Slightly hazy golden pour with a thin white head that reduces to a lacing. Aromas of grassy citrus hop and a touch of sweetness. Quite crisp on the finish with a decent hop bitterness. Nice stuff [07032011]

Bottled. Sweet floral aroma to this dusty gold beer. Palate is bittersweet, with grapefruit hinted at. Goes a bit papery and synthetic in the aftertaste, with pineapple cubes the most obvious note. Slight dryness and lemon alte in the finish.

Cask in the Shepherd’s Rest, Sowerby Bridge. Pours golden with a white head. A bitter sweet beer with biscuity notes plus plenty of good citrus hop flavour. Quite decent.
