The last beer in our Yorkshire Legend series. A traditional English-style premium bitter. Pale and crystal malts with plenty of English hops for bitterness and aroma.
[679-20070924] Cask @ Royal Oak (Bath, SM). Onions and sourdough aroma also hints at mildly rotting crushed apples. Slightly hazy, amber orange body with quick white bubbles. More sourdough liquid and grains flavour. Light-medium body is watery. Interesting but not repeatable.
