Aroma is grassy hops, with a little amount of sulphur which breaks it a little. Taste is seriously minimal, very light body though quite bitter.

Cask in the Station Inn, Whitby. A golden ale with a white head. A nice drinkable and refreshing beer with lots of citrus lemon. Quite smotth. Very good especially for something selling itself as a ’lager style’ beer.

Cask at the Magpie, gold with a very faint haze and a lasting clingy white head, biscuity and hoppy nose, lovely balance of dry bitterness and juicy golden malt, with faint touches of honeydew melon and a vegetal bitterness.

Straw blond colour. Aroma is malty but also has a smell of old milk. Has a lemony, citrus flavour but with a lactic feel.
