2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Had on tap at The Hop in York. Not much of a smell, super dark colour, watery to taste, sort of a bad aftertaste. Overall a subpar stout, wouldn't have again.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle from tíAsda - Jet black body, beige to tan head which soon goes. Nose is molasses, coffee, espresso, burnt malts. Taste is bitter at first, strong black coffee, harsh liquorice. A full mouthful, would only wish for a bit more oiliness in the palate.
