Aroma of roasted barley, some sourness and light chocolate and coffee notes. Sourish flavor with some roastiness and light chocolate notes. Light to medium-bodied. Weird and seems infected but not horrible.

Clear brown colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel and roasted malts. Some nuts and and toffee. Sweet flavour, caramel and malts. Sweet finish, caramel, light toast, some chocolate notes coming up in the end.
Quite OK dry stout.

Smaller sized light beige to off white head, changes quick into a lacing on top of a brown poured beer.
Aromas of butter, nuts, aramel, autumnal herbs, toffee and carbo gass.
Flavours of toasted barley malts, bitter, caramel, floral, toasted hops & herbs and some honey.
Aftertaste of herbs, light bitter, light toast, caramel and honey.
Low carbo, soft spicy mouthfeel, medium body and a light watery texture.
Ok beer I guess.

[ Trade by bierkoning ]. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, dark berry - fruit. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, dark malt, fruity tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121116]

Bottle @ "Det er meget mørkt i Ulfborg", November 2012. Pours dark ruby brown with a small creamy head. Creamy mouthfeel with notes of dark fruit, candy and caramel. Sweet. Mild yeast. Medium bodied. Quite sippable.
