Sehr feine Geschichte mit angenehmer Hopfennote und fruchtigen Momenten. Sehr süffig, ausgewogene Bitterkeit und Perlung. Nicht schlecht.

Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - beautiful amber with an attractive fluffy head. Nose - orange and hinting of pineapple. Slight funky edge, very yeasty. Taste - orangey yoghurt. Then it finishes with a tangy orange note. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - solid but not sure there should be this much yeast influence.

Deep, clear copper-red beer, with creamy white head. Fairly thick, with moderate carbonation. Strong caramel and grapefruit aroma, slightly floral, with a dry finish: pinewood, resin, faint burnt toast, and a lingering spicines. Rather in-your-face, but not at all bad.

Aroma: light flowers and resin, light honey. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, hardly any head. Taste: medium sweet, Palate: fizzy carbonation, heavy bitters coming back after initial sweets, intense hips. Overall: not my favourite IIPA, somewhat bland, not complex enough. Pint at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a murky medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is citrus fruit, grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a gorgeous smooth woody ligjht resin nettle hop palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lots going on here with plenty of flavours.
