Still, headless and frankly unappealing. Very tropical, fresh nose. Melons, mangoes, passionfruit and clementines. Whilst malt is dominant in the mouth hops to make an appearance immediately but dissipate leaving thick tangerine and light spice on the tongue. This is a pretty interesting beer. However a little light carbonation would go a long way in my opinion. It just lacks a certain bite.

Half, hand pulled at The Ship & Mitre, Liverpool. Golden-amber body with good clarity. No head. Fruity smell and taste supported by underlying wheat and spices. Rounded bitterness to the ending. Well bodied (04.05.2009).

Cask @ Volunteer Arms, GBBF 2008. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fruity malty and slightly spicy aroma. Sweetish malty spicy citrus flavor. Has a sweetish fruity spicy citrus finish.

Bottle. Pours a murky orange colour with no real head. Plenty of coriander in the aroma, the taste is slighty bitter with lots of citrus. Plenty of bitterness in the finish.

Cask (handpump) @ Great British Beer Festival, GBBF 2008, Earls Court, London, England SW5.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, notes, wheaty, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, flowers, citrus - grapefruit, coriander notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy sourish bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (070808)

Bottle, Carringtons, Manchester. Cloudy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma definitely shows off the orange and coriander (as hinted at on the bottle). The flavour was pretty spicy with ginger and coriander more prominent than the orange/citrus. Nicely balanced hop bitterness in the finish. Really interesting stuff, great to try something different amidst a sea of bland, samey brits.
