3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Have had this in cask multiple times. Pours a nice light orange (or so it feels). The aroma has fruit (tangerine and peach), some spices, very inviting. Usually lively and medium bodied in the mouth, with a nice clean, grassy hoppiness. Taste again is overwhelmingly of fruits, lightened by the hops and the spice. It feels a bit full to be seasonable, but in a summer day it does go down pretty well. In overall it’s a nice drink, it’s very easy to pour to ale and non-ale drinkers alike.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
50cl bottle from Marks & Spencer, Camberley. A pale straw colour with a billowing white head; an aroma of damp straw and Belgian yeast that’s a bit of a shock to the (nasal) system; strong grassy flavour with touch a touch of citrus; and a fresh green hoppy bitterness; before a sweet grainy finish with a trace of honey. A fine blonde beer in the Belgian style, much better than the boring citrusy offerings that are so common nowadays.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale straw pour. Thin white head dissipates within a minute or so. Clove, spice, apple, and almonds in the aroma. Some hop floral components too. Taste is clean, dry, again with some spice. Very refreshing. An excellent and interesting beer, would be perfect with a curry.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Love this. Curacao orange peel, cloves, cardamon and loads of spicy undertones. Quite flat, which I found a little disconcerting at first (out of bottle), but I shouldn’t have worried. I now want another!

got this bottle in my first box from beer52. very pale looking beer that tasted very nice had a lot of sediment at the bottom of the glass. it has bitter tones to it and you can taste the coriander in it. i would like to try it from the tap to compare with the bottled version
