Bottle from the Lion’s Den, Yarm. Pale golden with a white head. Quite light and fruity with citrus, grapefruit and floral notes. Pretty spicy too. OK

Cask @ No Sign Bar, Swansea. Light yellow/gold. Malt, soft astringency in the aroma. The nose is faint but I enjoy what little there is. There is a bitter/sourness throughout a harsh taste profile, lifted by a bit of herbiness. Predictably thin mouthfeel. Ok.

The head was good, the body blond. It smells fruity, intensive and expectant. The taste is hoppy: citrus, orange, lemon, a bit malty. Very nice!

Bottle at home from alesela
Grapefruit pith and nettley hops. Light body, pours completely flat pale gold, sweet shortcake malt with pleasant herbal/ citrus bitterness. What happened to the carbonation?!

500 ml bottle, a gift from my beerpal Olav, thanks! ABV is 4.0%. Very pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of grassy, herbal, spicy and fruity Styrian Goldings hops. Light bodied as expected, easy drinking. Distinctly spicy and hoppy dry flavour.

Cask @ Rake, 20/08/13. Pours a light yellow with a small, white head. Aroma is hops. Grapefruit and passionfruit. Taste is light biscuit, a dab of honey, a lot of grapefruit, light grass. Even a bit lager-like. Light and smooth.

500ml bottle from AleselA. Hazy golden yellow, good head. Tropical fruit & resin aroma. Citrus fruit & biscuit flavour. Bitter aftertaste. A solid blonde beer.

Nice colour. Tastes better than many golden ales, the depth of flavour is good, lemon puff biscuits and a citrus bitter hop finish. Very easy to drink so a certain session beer.
