Cask by handpump at Hengler’s Circus, Glasgow - clear deep yellow, medium frothy white head, no detectable aroma at serving temperature, no lacing, bit of fruit, not a lot of flavour for the abv, but very easy to drink, thin bodied, refreshing

(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 9 Apr 2014) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grass and grapefruit. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grass, biscuity malt and fresh citric, grassy hops in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Cask at Battersea Beer Festival, 9th Feb 2011. Bright gold with a small lacy white head. Full bodied, sweet, a bit honeyed. Herby too. Definitely not a fast quaffing golden ale. Perfumy, floral hop nose. Citrus taste. Another good beer from Otley.

Cask - The Plasterers Arms, Norwich. Clear golden orange body beneath a quickly fading bubbly white head. Orange & lemon aroma with a sweet pale malt note beneath. Earthy yeast and a biscuit backbone to the palate with orange and sweet citrus overtones. Light to medium body, soft carbonation with a short grassy, lemon rind hop finish.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clearish gold with a filmy head. Some straw, lemon zest and light malts on the nose. Pretty sweet flavor, some rocks, bit of hay, sugar, light wood. Light bodied with soft, fine carbonation. Finishes sweet and slightly mineraly, hints of smoke. Not bad.
