Cask (gravity dispense) at Battersea Beer Festival on 10 February 2011. Clear bright gold. Decent condition. Clean and citric throughout. Grassy hops in the aroma. Citric on the palate with some tropical fruit notes. Quite big mouthfeel for a golden ale. Tasty and enjoyable.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at the Bree Louise.Perfectly clean pale gold with a reasonable white head and ooh some condition. In the Bree. I kid you not. A straight down the line golden ale with a good hit of bitterness and some glorious pale malt underneath. Middle of the road stuff but damn this is a good one. Superb balance and drinkability. Glorious citric finish. Fantastic all round.

Gravity cask at the Bree Louise, London. Pours clearish gold with a filmy head. Some straw, lemon zest and light malts on the nose. Pretty sweet flavor, some rocks, bit of hay, sugar, light wood. Light bodied with soft, fine carbonation. Finishes sweet and slightly mineraly, hints of smoke. Not bad.

Cask at Battersea Beer Festival, 9th Feb 2011. Bright gold with a small lacy white head. Full bodied, sweet, a bit honeyed. Herby too. Definitely not a fast quaffing golden ale. Perfumy, floral hop nose. Citrus taste. Another good beer from Otley.
