Cask air pressure at Euston Tap. Paleish gold with lasting thin white head. Yes it has a herbacious note to it. Lime and coriander to the fore. Quite spicy but likeable too. Its good. Spicy herby and unusual. Spicy finish
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 madmitch76 (10007) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JUL 16, 2010
16th July 2010. On tap at the Rake (thanks to Mario for the info). Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light palate, semi dry. Lovely fresh herbally lemon from the lemon grass is immediately striking. The galangal is there but subtle. As the beer draws to a slightly bitter hop (and semi dry) finish some lime blends in seamlessly. Aromatic tasty and refreshing beer. If it is done again I hope they up the galangal a little.

Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ’10. Clouded orange gold with no head. It took a long time for this to come on, so it may be that I’m not tasting it at it’s best. I have to say, it was a bit weird though, the spicing seemed at odds with the malty, fruity make up of the beer. I’d like to try it in better nick, but at present this is how I saw it.

Cask conditioned handpump Lyric London 30/05/13. A yellow blonde beer with a white bubbly head. An oddity for sure. Coriander, lemongrass and a little heat. The spicing is OK but it just all seems a very unnecessary experiment of a beer. I’d rather drink a Belgian Wit which this is just about hinting at I reckon.
2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 MesandSim (7118) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 18, 2010
A Mes rate. Cask at the Southampton. Hazy yellow with a faint greenish tinge. Pleasant dusty hop snout with a good dose of lemon. What makes the aroma enjoyable is sadly the same thing that makes the flavour not so great. Lots of lemon and coconut, some spice and a little flat otherwise. Good bitterness in the finish but it’s not really enough to save it. Interesting and it certainly gets plus points for doing something different but it’s just not my thing.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Rune (6368) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 24, 2010
Straw golden body, no head. Thai-like spices and herbs to the nose. Rather unusual taste of rise, curry and ginger, and some earthy malts, too. Dry hoppy ending. Very unusual, indeed. Nice, if not a great favourite. Cask, half at The Rake, London 16.07.2010.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Fin (6185) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2012
Cask, handpump at The Commercial & Victoria Hotel, Leeds, W.Yorks 18.03.12 in company of dad & Barry Pours gold with a white head. The nose is rather subtle in fact that subtle I don’t get much at all. Light fruity refreshing beer with a middling bitterness, I assumme that this has some Thai influence but I’m afraid that it has rather bypassed me, it’s still a decent beer though.
