3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Coloração âmbar escura, creme denso e consistente, deixando uma camada perene. O aroma é o barato dessa breja, sobressaindo o malte torrado e muito lúpulo. O sabor acompanha razoavelmente o aroma, com a presença do doce do malte. O final é longo e doce.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Hazed dark amber color with a small lid of beige bubbles. Caramel and lightly earthy malt aromas. Sweet start, that continues throughout. Fairly thick fell. Hints of herbal hops, but very light and they do no balance much of the sweetness. Very simple ale. 4/10

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, 355ml. Clear copper with a minimal head that fades quickly. Deep roasted and sweet caramel aroma, with subtle hints of dry fruits, sour cherries and nuts. Rich and spicy, with a heavy bitterness well balanced with the malt character, and a fiery alcohol finish. Extremely drinkable. Brewed in Mexico to take advantage of NAFTA and try to expand into the North American market. Amidst Argentina’s economic situation I guess no one was buying over there. A fine beer.

Bottle, 355ml. A copper beer with a head that fades away completely after a minute. It has a fruity aroma with nuts, spices and alcohol.Taste is bitter with a strong alcoholic finish. Maybe too strong. Aftertaste is almost all alcohol. There is some mild carbonatation and astringency.

Bottle at Matias, Buenos Aires
Clear amber color, small white head. Grainy, a bit apple fruity, alcoholic aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet fruity (apple) flavor. Similar to some East European strong lagers although this feels less alcoholic than its abv.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Brownish gold in color with a sweet, slightly earthy apple aroma and caramel taste. Better than most South American offerings , but that's not saying much.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle served in a snifter. Apparent bottling date of Oct. 2011.
Poured red-amber, slightly hazy, with a small and short-lived off-white head. Smells of light, medium and caramel malts with alcohol esters and a good bit of fruitiness. These features also show up in the taste is similar, but with some balancing bitterness, less fruit and a major note of lightly roasted nuts. Lightly sweet. Medium body; medium-low carbonation; semi-dry finish.
Caramel/malt bomb with subtle but perhaps above average complexity for a red ale.
