Bottled at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear amber colour with a thick creamy white foam. Red berries, caramel, fudge and grass in the somewhat stale aroma. medium-bodied with notes of fudge, butter, vanilla, yellow fruits and grass. Malty finish of berries, fudge and butter. Decent beer if a bit lifeless and stale.

Bottle. Orange body (this is a red ale?) with a fizzy, yet small, head. Aromas are caramel and maple... that’s about it. Flavor is maple, caramel and sugar with little else to offer. Not quite to the point of being cloying, but not very well balanced.

500ml bottle-pours a light tan head and amber color. Aroma is sweet caramel/rock candy-medium malt. Taste is sweet caramel/rock candy-medium malt/grainy/peat/roasty/earthy, fruity, diacytl/buttery. No hops, so out of balance. Mild carbonation.

Tasted 5/25/08. 500ml bottle. Filtered with a tappering amber to golden hue. Slight ring of bone white head. Caramel bready aromas. Slightly vagetal. Medium bodied with bready cinnamon flavors. Smooth with a slight bitterness. Mild tingle. Estery with a moderate hop profile. Rather sticky with a decent dose of alcohol. Decent palate. Hits the sweet bitter and tart. The palate rolls sluggishly. Only moderate, at best.

Pour is a dark with with a small white head. Aroma is of sweet malts and a little molasses. Flavor is ultra watery with only a odd sweetness and no hops can be found at all. If this is craft beer in Argentina they have a long way to go.

Pours a three finger off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a little lace. Clear amber color. Good carbonation and medium bodied. Malty nose. Flavor is sweet malty with hints of molasses, unusual red. $4.45 for a 500ml bottle from Colonial Spirits Acton, Ma.
