Pours a clear and golden beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, DMS and straw. The flavor follows the nose with additional spices and notes of fruit. The palate is dry with sweetness. Overall an average beer.

0,33 Bottle at Vienna Airport. Golden color, low head. Malty, light grainy nose. Flavor is malty, light sweet, light metallic, bitterness with no remarkable hop notes. Light astringent finish. Quite common but easy drinkable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mostly like a pale lager. Golden color, limited aromas. Nice taste and a dry aftertaste. Nothing important for me, but glad that I had it.

A lovely session beer that poured from the bottle slightly hazy but with a nice solid white foam, It has a slighty yeasty and a light cereal malt aroma. It tastes fine with some lovely light malt character shining through the thinish body...

An easy drinking Vienna session beer. Boasts a nice light malty flavour and low to medium bitterness, average carbonation to oily texture. Perfect for pub or BBQ drinking. Reliable and does the job.

ALLOVATE (2098) - Butler, AUSTRALIA - JAN 6, 2012
Bright, medium gold and alive with furious carbonation. A loose, soapy white head forms and holds well but no lace. Chaff and sun-drenched grains, straw broom hairs and old dusty, leafy hops on the nose. Light, dry and thin in the mouth with fizzy carbonation. Grainy, dull mid-palate flatlines towards a lightly hoppy, crisp grassy swallow that lacks any notable bitterness. Finish is short, clean. Pretty bland offering from this Austrian independent. Lawn-mower beer at best! (33cL, BB 30/05/12, Dan Murphy’s Currambine)

Yellow can, yay... 0.5L can indeed. Golden beer with big wobbly white head quickly reducing. Nose of CO2. Sweet taste. Aroma of white grapes, wet bread and some flowery notes. Some soft strawy hops in the finish. Unexpectedly thick body and slick feel.
