COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Color of beer looks good but that is all. Lack of aroma, a sour tasre, am really not a fan

Pint at Biermarkt. Pleasant bread and biscuit maltiness, light noble hops (woodsy, herbaceous), melanoidin, medium body, medium-low carbonation, light residual sweetness, low to moderate bitterness.

On tap at the Bier Markt Don Mills. Pours a clear golden orange with average-sized white head. Aroma is quite bready with a bit of straw and grass. Flavour is also quite bready with some grassy hoppiness. Average body and carbonation. Pleasant.

Fresh on tap @ the bent Elbow - deep gold with an orange tinge, lightly hazy, massive bone white meringue cap. Wonderfully bready with woody hop undertones - rich sturdy mouth feel, big nutty-bready malts, with adequate Saaz balance dries out in the finish - world class all natural bistro lager.....anyone who rates this under a 3 knows very little about real lager.

I drank this beer in my hotel in Vienna. I prefer this one, instead of the helles. The color ia copper almost like an English pale ale. At the nose, there is a nice smelling but discreet of hop. The carbonation is average with a thin foam. There is a side bitter with hop and malt, well balanced. A good beer coming from this brewery.

50cl can. Pours beautiful orange with frothy head that stays for a long time. Aroma of sweet malt and some mild hops. Medium bodied, thin to the taste, and with a non existent finish. Simple Vienna lager.

500ml can with Martin Kurz. Bog standard malty cardboard lager. Clear dark straw colour, musty malt. Cardboard in flavour, slightly sour finish.
