Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to Matt. Very pale yellow / straw coloured pour with a fleeting white head. Aroma is skunk and corn, sweet gr4ains. Flavour is composed of, corn, sweet grains, light DMS. Palate is semi-crisp, semi-sweet. Not Terrible.

Can at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours perfectly clear yellow-gold with a white cream head. The nose has light biscuits, straw and mild flowers. Light to medium sweet flavor with biscuits and more lightly bitter flowers. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately sweet on the finish with more biscuits, white bread, faint bitter straw. Solid. Premium.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Almost clear pale gold beer. Good fluffy white head. Palate is light. Low carbonation - unforgiveable in a can. Light sweet papery malt. Whisper of citrus. Light airy finish. Bleh!

Can at Nova Rock festival, Austria. Middle-of-the-road lager, fairly bland but at 5% appealing enough to warrant a few cans at a festival in the sun.

Can. Very pale gold with a white head that doesn’t last. Sweet grainy aroma, a bit cardboardy. Very sweet with grain and honey. Almost no bitterness, but there’s a hint of herbs. The malt side isn’t very good, but it’s not awful - but there’s no finish and the bland sweetness just hangs around.

12/03 0.5 l can left from trip to Graz. It poured golden body with small medium sized head. Stinky corny aroma. Alcoholic and slightly lemony flavor, in the backgound typical honey malty, resembles to a bock, but it’s only 5% ABV! Watery though, which didn’t stop its long sweet corny finish. Crap in every way.

Can from somewhere in Graz, Austria, shared with heavy. Actually refrained from buying it the first time I saw it, thinking it was just a relabel of the regular Ottakringer. It probably is a relabel of something, but not that one. Anyway. Pale golden colour, small white head. Olives and malt in the nose, stale carboard, blah. Typical Austrian macro lager in the taste, filled with pollen, only more dull and softer than most. Sweetish and soapy. No.
