Hazy deep brownish golden colour with a small creamy off-white head.
Bready and wheaty malty aroma with yeast, hops, caramel, wood dryness and banana. The flavour is dry wheaty and yeasty with mild hoppy bitterness, mild banana and caramel sweetness and bread.
Smooth and balanced. Very drinkable and tasty.

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy light amber color with medium off-white head. aroma of wheat, banana, yeast. Taste, wheat, yeast, banana, clove, fruity notes. Light bitterness in fruity finish. Tasty.

Cloudy orange colour, large white head. Wheaty, yeasty, slightly fruity and very, very smooth.

It’s unclear, dark orange-brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of banana, light fruit, wheat and yeast. The sweet flavor has the exact same notes - it’s very harmonic and full-bodied, I love it.

Bottle looks simple but good. Great sentence on the backlabel "without lemon, without cranberry, without bullshit". Beer in the glass deep orange, fine creamy head. Starts strong, yeasty, not too dry. Wonderful fruity like sweet apricot. Finish fine fruity, modest sweet, very well balanced. A great hefeweizen!

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy yellow colour with a large and creamy head. Fruity nose. Malty, pleasantly fruity with hints of apples, lemon zest, orange and banana. Hints of caramel and toffee in the background. Pleasantly yeasty. A very well-crafted and balanced Hefeweizen with a lovely character.

Bottle (from Bodensee!): Deep golden, hazy, firm and lacy off-white head; clean fruity and -also - malty-toasty nose with a light yeasty touch; moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour, smooth&medium bodied; slightly lingering sweetish-citrousy finish with a yeasty tartness in the aftertaste. Chapeau, a very pleasant Weizen.............

(bottle) Hazy, golden to amber colour with a thick light-beige foamy head. Sweet and slightly yeasty and moderately wheaty aroma with a touch of cara-malt and a distinctive fruity note of peach, pineapple and banana, accompanied by traces of cloves. Rounded sweet and sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a creamy carbonation. Good wheat-character with notes of cara-malt and delicate fruity notes; slightly sourish and fruity finish with light phenolic spices. Excellent Hefeweizen (20.VII.09).
