Aug 9, 2008 Bottle. Sweet, honey aroma. Slightly cloudy beer. Copper in colour with a thin white head. Thin flavour of hops. Bitter and refreshing but just left lacking.

Jun 29, 2008 A Sim rate (bottle from Waitrose): Malty aroma like a horlicks or maltesers. Sweet, yet pungent. Biscuits. Bread. Yeast. Not much to the flavour. Slight bitterness in the finish. It’s not as beautiful as Daze. And not nearly as sweet.

Oct 3, 2007 50 cL bottle@chris_o’s place, thanks Chris. Pours deep orange to almost amber. Has a small off-white lacing head. Breadish and slight dark malty dry aroma. Flavour has the same breadish note together with a slight raisin note. Ends slight dry malty.

Aug 29, 2007 Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body, with a nice, lasting, creamy, off-white head. Delicate nose of malt, caramel and hops. I wish for a more pronounced hoppiness though. The flavor is quite bitter, with caramel and pale malt to follow. Medium body. Nice finish with some hops. A nice session beer, but they could easily put more hops in it, bitterness that is. (070707)
