3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Oakes (9997) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2010

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Beershine (4561) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 1, 2010
@ The Barley (small friendly newish pub near the Pultney Arms), Bath. Deep copper with thick, really thick, tight head and lacing. Aroma is balanced, slightly socky, definitely malty, herbal hoppy, with wet flowers. Tastes like wet flowers. At other places, the flowery flavors are less prominent. Overall a nice pint.
3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 TBone (9096) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 19, 2010

Slighlty hazy orange-copper color, small white head. Nutty and apple fruity nose. Semi-dry fruity hoppyness with some wood, honey and birch leaves. Nice session beer.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 DruncanVeasey (4800) - NUNEATON, Conference North, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - FEB 28, 2010
Cask handpull, The Nottingham Arms, Tewkesbury. Bright gold with a tight white film of head. Hay, soft dried fruit and apple aroma. Hints of earthy malt, hay and caramel. Creamy vanilla afters. A bit drab and waxy, but with touches of character. OK.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 wheresthepath (1010) - Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2009
UPDATED: FEB 15, 2011 [Cask at Mount Pleasant Inn, Dawlish Warren on 9/7/2009] Amber, slight white head. Very smooth indeed. A straw, earth and farmyard taste reminiscent of Wadworth’s beers will not be to everyone’s liking, but there’s no denying that this packs in a lot of flavour considering the low ABV. A good bitterness in the finish makes this a light yet tasty and refreshing session ale - it grew on me the more I had. 5/3/7/4/13. [Re-rate - cask at Merry Monk, Monkton Heathfield, nr Taunton on 11/2/2011] Amber, slight white head. Rich, sweet and fruity. Surprisingly different to previous sample, but still very flavoursome for ABV.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 kempicus (355) - Bakewell, Derbyshire, ENGLAND - DEC 4, 2007
I was drinking Otter ale on stillage one night but i thought i’d give this a crack instead, it’s a lot dryer than Otter Ale, has a slight green apple astringency to it and is a lot lighter, not as good as the ale but still not bad.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 downender (4186) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 21, 2007
Cask-conditioned at Westbury-upon-Trym Conservative Club, Bristol (I was there as a guest!) A pleasant enough session bitter that contains some interest despite its low ABV. Of standard appearance but has aroma of hay with some supporting fruit. Flavour contains some hops with a good, dry aftertaste.
