Cask conditioned at A Wetherspoons. Amber with white head. Sweetish toffee caramel maltiness with a restrained leafy hop note. Never becomes bitter enough for a sessionable beer. A little drab.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 chriso (7062) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 1, 2005
Pale amber colour. Slightly floral. Fairly dry and moderately bitter. Not a beer to get the adjectives flowing. Just a solid, straightforward and refreshing session beer. Nuff said. Cask (handpump), Nags Head, Lyme Regis

Cask conditioned - handpump - Malt Shovel Northampton. A copper coloured beer with some fruity malt to the nose. The taste has good bitterness, and it feels quite rounded albeit on the dull side.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2011 Cask at the Nags Head, Lyme Regis, Dorset, 13-11-06 Labelled as Otter Sark Lark but I understand that this is the standard bitter now a rebadge, note the pub used to have a beer called Sark Lark which was brewed by Dorset Brewey, Weymouth. Found this to be a good beer little bit nutty nice bitterness, tasty. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.4 Had this again On cask at The Brittania, Nailsworth, Glos, 29.05.11 Pours light amber, its fruity with a light/mid bitterness and some soft maltiness, lightly tangy with a little apple peelings, its fine.
