Solid - less sweet than most. Nice citrus and tropical fruits. Drinks a little more like a single IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Serving: Bottle from State Line Liquors. Hazy orange pour with a lasting off white head. Huge nose full of citrus rind, tropical notes, and hint of herbals. Needless to say, this brew is all about the hops and they are there from start to finish. Nice dank and overripe citrus notes. Just a hint of malt sweetness. Dry on the back end and a long, hoppy finish. This brew keeps you coming back for more.

One of the best IPA beers I have had in years. Great hop profile and taste with no notable alcohol for 8.5%

Big, juicy, chewy IPA that will satisfy your hop craving. Ranks right up there with the best of its style.

Bottle @ Bobby’s house. Orange pour with a white head. Big pine, orange, and grapefruit aromas. A bit of sweet malt/bread in the background. Flavor is intensely bitter. A bit too sharp/harsh for me. Lots of pine, grass, orange, and grapefruit. Just a touch of caramel and bread sweetness.

Orange-amber pour with fluffy white head. Huge aroma with pine, mango, grass. Nice grainy and piney taste. Fruity and floral hops. Long lasting taste. Juicy mouthfeel, low carbonation, little bitterness. Great stuff.

355mL. Pours hazy golden, thick head and lacing. Nose is dank tropical hops, candied ginger, candied papaya. Taste is thicker jackfruit, some sugar, rich body with tropical hop balance. Juicy and fresh. Very good.

Bottle. Same visuals as their rye IPA, a murky orange-amber, thin but sticky head. Two OCBC beers in a row that have delivered ultra-sexy aromas, full of floral draw. The beer drinks with a definite viscosity, with a bit of alcohol burn working its way thru the big-time citric acidity. Full bodied, well balanced. (#5343, 11/24/2013)
