India Pils Lager
Our spring seasonal offering brewed with 100 percent positive vibrations and single-hopped with Citra hops. The presence of the Citra hop is elevated by a clean fermenting lager yeast that allows the subtle Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts to lay a crisp, bready foundation. The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop comes from kettle additions followed by a huge dose of ‘em again in the fermenter.

Bottle pretty fresh. Aroma of pine, pineapple, and sour Apple and stale malt. Pours light blonde with a big frothy head. Taste is bitter with nice tropical citrus and a nice stale pils finish. Pretty good Super fresh.

Draft. Pours light yellow with a mild haze and thin white head. Nice hop aroma over medium carbonation. This is a solid hoppy pilsner. Easy drinking and decent complexity. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Decent for an IPA, but not my cup of tea. Hoppy enough to get the buds going, but not enough citrus to keep you interested long-term.

Pours a sightly hazy golden color with a finger of white foam. The nose is a mixture of musky cat piss, cheerios, citrus and orange pith. On the palate its full of positive vibrations with a touch of downward facing dog and other misappropriated hindu essence... but really its pretty focused. Lots of fruity pebbles, citrus, grassy bites, wierd lingering slightly artificial orange flavor with more of that cereal maltiness that lingers with a pretty good dose of bitterness. I have not achieved enlightenment but I have become limber enough to tie my own shoes. I think Ill get through the six pack.

Bottle->SA. Slightly hazy straw with small fluffy white head. A: floral and pine hops. T: bitter floral hops, grass. This is a very bitter hoppy lager, basically an IPA without the depth. Ok.

Color is light with a thin white head. Huge Citra punch and gets quite a bit of bitterness out of the Citra hop. Love it well done for a single hopeed beer

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2014 fresh bottle. aroma of fresh floral hibiscus and pine, grapefruit. touch of resin on that finish. slightly lighter, more quaffable version of hoponious union. pleasant doughy crackered malts in the backdrop, but very much an afterthought. a touch too much resiny bitterness. also some perfume offered. could be a bit tighter, but otherwise pretty solid. drinks fine enough.

Pours gold into a sam glass. Bright white head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Tropical fruit and resin aromas. Crisp with sweet mango and passionfruit upfront turning bready before the lasting resin finish.

Ppours a clear yellow with might white head. Has a light floral and pilsner like aroma. Taste starts like a pilsner with grains, spices, and light malt but finishes hoppy with floral hops and a bitter aftertaste.
