COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
India Pils Lager
Our spring seasonal offering brewed with 100 percent positive vibrations and single-hopped with Citra hops. The presence of the Citra hop is elevated by a clean fermenting lager yeast that allows the subtle Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts to lay a crisp, bready foundation. The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop comes from kettle additions followed by a huge dose of ‘em again in the fermenter.

Bottle picked up at StateLine.. Poured in to a snifter... big ole’ rocky head, that sticks around. Light orange color which is slightly murky. Nose of tropical fruits...pineapple, banana. Taste is tropical fruits... light pineapple, pear, banana, light bitterness/hop presence in the aftertaste. Nice malty body. Reminds me Sam Adams Noble pils. Easy to drink. Cant say enough good things about this beer... definitely exceeded expectations!

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small white head dissipates to a ring leaving decent lacing. Aroma is Citra - i get it as buttery tropical dank and fruity, mango and guava. Flavor is light sweet and light plus bitter, muted citra hoppy flavors, a bit of underlying honey. Medium body, lingering bitterness. Pretty solid.

Keg @ Two Stones. Slightly hazy gold with a crwamy white head. Nose of citrus fruits, honeyed bread. Cantaloupe meat, tropical trade winds. Taste is pretty dry, hop-forward. Herbs, grass, lemon. More tropical fruit. Some cake mix. Moderately sweet. Some chalk. Drinks a bit flabbily. Medium body, active carb.

Aromas of light citrus, piney earth, a little pissy. Clear yellow-gold with a fairly lasting white head. Dry, pretty aromatic, hop flavors are sharp. Light-medium bodied.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity hop aroma. Aroma is kind of overly sweet. Fairly potent hop bitterness. Citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Interesting, not something I could have several in a session.

This BEER tastes like cat pee and smells like cat pee. It's even better with the lights off. The cat pee is prevalent. Four out of five. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

The citrus and tropical fruit character of the Citra hop. Slightly sweet, but has a great bitter punch.

Bottle to shaker glass. Pours hazy straw yellow, two finger rocky head. Nice lacing and retention. Aroma of hay, biscuit and lemon rind. Taste is perfectly balanced between the sweetness of the light malts and the snappy bitterness of the Citra hops. Light bodied, moderate carbonation, silky mouth feel. Finishes bittersweet, yet crisp. Tasting notes of lemon, grass, flowers and resin. Flavorful and refreshing. A solid offering!
