Had this on tap at the Black River Brewing Co in Vermont. Has a clear light copper color with little head and some carbonation. Smell is of sweet malts. Taste is also of sweet malts and finishes with a light hop bitterness. Overall an ok beer, but nothing special.

Thin and refreshing. Typical teutonic toasty caramel malt. Smidge of earhty hops. Slightly dry finish with surprisingly somewhat bitter aftertaste.

To the Otter Creek tradition, their Copper Ale isn’t too fancy, just decent, solid beer. Aromas and tastes of sweet malts with dry hop.

Given to me by my uncle during a July 4 party. Deep red hue. Smells pleasantly malty. Nothing crazy, but a well balanced, enjoyable taste. Quality brew here.

Bottle from the Otter Creek mix pack. Pours a beautiful coppery reddish. Awesome. The beer is very malt and ends pretty bitter but the malt meshes it together well. I liked this one a lot and would buy again.

Notwithstanding its lovely copper body, I find this one a bit too bitter for my taste. Carbonation level is quite good.
