Bottle. Nose is lovely tropical fruit , bitter and rindy with pleasant tang; mango, passionfruit, muskmelon, lychee, faint pineapple and a dash of BBQ sauce. Golden body with a soapy beige head. Take with medium strong bitterness, plenty of grapefruit and rind, little pith, strong pine with faint astringency and green grass, has a sharp spicy-peppery character that wakes me from my own personal doldrums. Dry on the tongue with a little bit of a rubbery pith aftertaste, cleanses the tongue like soap, clean and juicy, very faint caramel underbelly reminds more of recent "imperial reds." Fullish body with plenty of carbonation; I think Iíd like this one thinner. Worth a go!

12oz bottle in a tulip. Pours hazy copper with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and citrusy and lightly piney hops, some pale and caramel malts, some light rye notes, and some dough. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. Not a bad beer at all.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a murky orange-amber with a thin, but gripping head. The aroma is downright alluring, hinting at some nice citrus. Indeed, this drinks with a sweet, rich citrus flavor, with just a little bit of acidity in the mix. They rye gives this a bit more "grist" than other citric IPAs, which is actually a nice twist.
