Bottle to a glass mug. Pours a cloudy yellow with a yellowish head. Great nose of citrus hops. Has a nice citrus hop flavor, not too overpowering. The rye adds an earthy flavor. Pretty good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hazy orange with a big dense head. Aroma citrusy and fruity, with a strong pine note. Taste citrusy and bitter, with a nice touch of spice thatís probably the rye. Nice bitter finish with just a touch of over-bitter aftertaste thatís not quite pleasant. Very good otherwise, with a nice warming feeling in the stomach.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass.
Very cloudy amber-orange color with a decent airy off white head.
Fresh citrus aroma with tropical notes (lychee, peach, passionfruit, orange, pomelo). some floral hints as well.
Juicy hop flavors, fruity as hell (in a good way), with fresh malt, citrus peel and a light rye spiciness. Faint yeast notes.
Medium bodied, very bitter with a long finish, flavorful and dry. Great!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours out a nice lightly cloudy orange color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is of mild cereal grains, light rye bread spice, hops are light pine and some grassy citrus. Taste is much the same, rye bready malts, citrus hops, light orange peel, grassy hops, light rye spice; body lightly watery. I like my IPAís hoppier, but this was solid.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours hazy orange with some floaties and a dense, fluffy off-white head. The aroma is yeast/bread with orange zest. The taste gave me a subtle rye peppery spice right away that instantly switches to the orange notes and some hop bitterness. It's pretty bland overall. The mouthfeel is pretty light but, a little sticky with medium carb. Ok, nothing special.

Bottle. Bette Beer Of The Month Club. Hazy deep golden with a medium off-white head. Lovely hoppy aroma full of tropical fruits and some citrus. Flavor has a bit of sweetish malt, a touch of rye spiciness, nice fruity hops, slightly piney, and a crisp bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Spicy aroma of dried citrus peels. Hazy orange with minimal head. Taste is a rye stab in the tongue. Overall it is actually sweeter than the average IPA, but that rye cuts a spicy, bitter swath. On the other hand itís pretty smooth, though I wonít say mellow. The somewhat conservative brewer opens up a can or rye and Iím hopping on the bus.
