| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Jan 23, 2008 Pours copper and smells spicey and nice. The taste is watery and not much there for an after taste. Drinkable but not one of the best Pale Ale’s I’ve had or even close for that matter. johnnysmoke (54), Texas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 20, 2008 Rec’d this beer as part of a beer club. I have to say it’s one of the better beers I’ve had so far, unfortunately that’s not a huge stretch. The beer has a decend aroma which goes stale in the nose pretty quick. It’s a very bitter beer with no sweetness to offset the hops. I’m not sure I’d look too hard for this one at the beer store. BEERGUY007 (206), Scotia, New York, USA

Pours a copper color with a nice white head that leaves almost no lace. a little yeast smell. Not a ton of flavor, some citrus. It’s ok. roder60 (1020), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

Aroma is sweet malts a bit of yeast and a tiny amount of citris hops, but very faint. Flavor is light and watery and thin with slight citric hop flavor. Overall, poor apa. buckybeer (666), Eau Claire, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 12, 2007 Pours medium copper with a small head. Aroma of malt, hops, citrus. Flavor is really sharp and crisp. Bitter and dry hops, tart citrus and mild caramel malts. This really hit the spot. Foxbush (456), Richmond, Virginia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Updated: Nov 23, 2007This was a gift purchased at Total Wine of Richmond. The head was afrothy white with modest lacing. The color was slightly cloudy amber. The aroma was special with grapefruit immediately attacking your nostrels. The citrus flavors were just right for a pale ale. It is a balanced beer with medium body. The APA is a good one. The finish was slightly bitter as it should be. This APA beats all lagers by a mile. jimhilt (1674), Bow, New Hampshire, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 12, 2007 Pours a five-finger off-white head that fades slowly to a thin layer leaving a good lace. Crystal clear amber color. Malty/hoppy nose. Medium carbonation and light-medium bodied. Flavor has occasional sweetness with hoppiness, metallic/hoppy aftertaste. 12oz bottle $1.50 from Capitol Convenience Concord, NH. TheBeerBaron (219), Florida, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Oct 10, 2007 Copper hue, white head and a good amount of carbonation. Your classic healthy looking ale. An orange type aroma is at the forefront of this pale ale, strange but true. Aroma is light on malt and hops - expected more. The palate is light and a tine toward the watery side. Taste is pleasing but unremarkable in fact I find it tough to pick out one flavor that come to the forefront. A light rendition to this style. Would be good for the beer novice or those who like them tame.
