Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

From a 12 oz bottle poured very clear gold with a fat white head adn decent lacing. Nose of citrus hops and light malts. Mouthfeel light but smooth. Flavor of citrus and floral hops. Nice dry finish. Very nice APA..

Nice golden pour with a thick white head that lasted a till teh end of the glass. No aroma to speak of. Bitter citrus flavor, no balance, just bitter and grapefruit. Light to medium mouthfeel. Much much better pale ale on the market

A refreshing APA and one of the best from this brewer. Aroma was flat hops and pine.Pour was a dissappointing flat orange with no head and little else. Taste was like pine, grapefruit and fizz and mixed with seltzer water. Dry and crisp aftertaste with the hops hanging on the tonsils (if you have ’em) for a bit and grapefruit on the back corners of your tongue. Nice.

Amber color. Smell of light citrus, orange peal, pine, malt and honey. Tastes the same and very enjoyable. Nice summer beer.

balanced and refreshing. ok malt flavor balanced with a barely appropriate type hop flavor that lingers and fizzles mildly on the palate. balanced flavor somewhat predictable. just nicely aromatic. clean and a bit watery. rusty metallic taste. yes peppery type hop thing going on - but not strong.

Pours copper and clear with a medium sized beige head. The aroma has a moderate amount of hops and very lightly toasted mlat with some plasticy aspects. Medium body with a nice graininess with fairly sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with pleasant toasted malt with some grapefruit hops and some woodiness. The finish has more hops that are spicy along with the other hop traits. A nice enjoyable APA.

a fresh tasting organic ale. i did just cut the grass but i swear i taste dandilions in this. tom petty put this one best - you belong among wildflowers baby sweet emerald wildflowers. swing with me rocketship to GR35IX where all great hops are plentiful and no fertilizer is needed to cultivate sweetness greens.

12 oz bottle- Pours a nice copper-brown coloring, nothing overwhelming on the aroma, pours with a slight amount of head. Malt/hoppish flavoring, a little biting at first but finish well. Overall good, not enough to Wow you though
