Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Amber color. Smell of light citrus, orange peal, pine, malt and honey. Tastes the same and very enjoyable. Nice summer beer.

balanced and refreshing. ok malt flavor balanced with a barely appropriate type hop flavor that lingers and fizzles mildly on the palate. balanced flavor somewhat predictable. just nicely aromatic. clean and a bit watery. rusty metallic taste. yes peppery type hop thing going on - but not strong.

Pours copper and clear with a medium sized beige head. The aroma has a moderate amount of hops and very lightly toasted mlat with some plasticy aspects. Medium body with a nice graininess with fairly sharp carbonation. The flavor starts with pleasant toasted malt with some grapefruit hops and some woodiness. The finish has more hops that are spicy along with the other hop traits. A nice enjoyable APA.

a fresh tasting organic ale. i did just cut the grass but i swear i taste dandilions in this. tom petty put this one best - you belong among wildflowers baby sweet emerald wildflowers. swing with me rocketship to GR35IX where all great hops are plentiful and no fertilizer is needed to cultivate sweetness greens.

12 oz bottle- Pours a nice copper-brown coloring, nothing overwhelming on the aroma, pours with a slight amount of head. Malt/hoppish flavoring, a little biting at first but finish well. Overall good, not enough to Wow you though

pours medium amber body with a sm-medium off-white head. palate is a little thin but goes down smooth. smells of dry citrus and grapefruit, florals and sweet bread. tastes of sweet bread, citrus hops emerge towards the finish, grapefruit, sour. doughy overall.

This is a solid pale ale. Doesn’t blow me out of the water but has a well rounded taste. Some citrus on the front end, moderate carbonation, and a hoppy bitter toward the end. Just the right amount of bitter in my opinion. The brief citrus and crisp end make it a refreshing brew. I like my ale a little more dynamic but this is a solid beer, for sure.

Pours a translucent golden amber with a medium foamy off white head that left some nice lacing. Aroma of fresh sun tea, light malty sweetness, grains and bready with just hints of citrus. Flavor is at first a bit vegetal and metallic. As that cleared up I was getting hints of caramel, some biscuit and slight hop flavor and bitterness.
