Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Pours yellow gold, white head with large bubbles. Smells amazingly floral, like a real bouquet of wildflowers. The flavor is a tinge of bitter, not much at all. Ok buttery hoppy flavor. This is definitely refreshing after a 90 degree day here in WI. This beer is strange in that it’s leaving me with absolutely no aftertaste save for a touch of piney flavor (gin?). I think I was expecting more with this one; below average to say the least. Drinkable, but there are far better apas out there.

Bottle: Strong on hops, reminds me of a ´little´ IPA. Nice, drinkable brew.

Good standard pale ale. Aroma is sweet citrus, and flavor is about the same. Nice hops.

Pours pale with a medium sized white head. The aroma is light citrus, some bready malts. The flavor is grapefruit and oranges, touch of caramel. Mouthfeel is thin and slightly watery.

A really good ale, drank it at the Country Pantry (I recommend it) in Vermont. Really nice hops which makes it well balanced.

Standard pale ale observations. Very noticeable hops, although not excessively bitter. Thin beer with the standard floral/citrus characteristics. A nice pale ale, but not outstanding.

12 oz bottle. Lot# 1862 bottled 2/8/06. Clear dark golden color with thin white head and no lace. Smells of caramel, nuts, corn, and a touch of brown sugar. There is also a light flowery hop aroma. Mild sprucy hop flavor and bitterness throughout that dominates the malt.

Pours a reddish golden color. Aroma is kind of sweet, with some nice hop scents. Flavor is grainy/citrus with a dry finish.
