| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 27, 2009 Pours clear, golden amber with an average white head. Aromas of malt with undertones of hops and a touch of citrus. Solid hop bitterness on the initial taste, which continues throughout. I found the malts were masked by the strong hops on the first few sips but came through more and more as time wore on. Finishes with a hop aftertaste but is very clean overall. An above average beer, although I did find the inital hop flavouring a little strong for my liking. jport4087 (78), Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Oct 14, 2009 Lightly hopped fruity aroma. Dark golden with thin white head that recedes to cover with marginal lace. Sweet malt up front with pleasing bitterness in the back end. Easy to drink with decent carbonation but not overwhelming. | 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 19/20 | Aug 17, 2009 12oz bottle from Hannaford. Pours a amber yellow body with over an inch of off-white head. Smells grapefruity, citrussy, piney, and slightly grassy. Citrussy, slightly pithy and piney, with just enough bready malt to keep the hops in check. Creamy rich mouthfeel with ample carbonation. Not the most drinkable, more of a sipper. Overall, a really solid APA and probably the best beer I’ve had from the brewery. potbeercollege (331), Boulder, Colorado, USA

Lacks big aroma, but the aroma that exists consists of fruity hops. Long finish, average carbonation, thin feel, medium body. Smooth and easy. Cletus (5052), Connecticut, USA
