Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Pour is a nice orange with no real head. Nice aroma of hops are the first thing you nothing. Flavor is a mix of hops and a certain spice i can’t name but can detect. Very tasty and pleasing to all the sences. Very refreshing and a good example of the style.

Out of a bottle, aroma was metallic and hoppy, citrus and pine. Poured a clean copper nice white head. Flavor was okay hoppy and slight apple. Palate was okay too nothing special a tinge of bitterness in the finish. Overall I’d say just okay.

pours amber with a small off white head, good smell of fruits, good taste, good little kick for 4.6% alcohol, decent body, not to thin, very drinkable.

Poured dark golden with a creamy white head. Very good head retention. Aroma had apple, courant, citrus, graitfruit and pine. Taste was very pleasant with the apple and being strong tt first and then the citrus and graitfruit coming through. The only drawback was a bit of a coppery taste in the beginning. I liked this and think it should be rated higher.

Pours kind of flat like a typical pale ale. Taste is very plain but a bitter aftertaste makes this a below average craft pale ale.

Medium orange color with a frothy slightly yellowish white head. The aroma is burnt apples with some underlying soap. The taste has a strong note of grapefruit with a hint of pine. There is also a little bit of bitter iced tea. An ok APA, but certainly nothing I will seek out again.

Bottle - Pours golden/amber with a short offwhite head. Aroma is citrus and pine and a touch of caramel. Flavor is grapefruity, with a touch of sweet caramel and a bitter finish. On the palate it is fairly light but didn’t seem very well balanced. The hops seemed to take over. This was drinkable but average at best.

A Low to medium grade pale ale. Slightly less complex than the copper ale but more drinkable. Hoppy start with a bitter mid-taste. The after taste really did not impress me. I like pale ales so i was happy to drink this. I would drink it again if it was in a friends fridge, but I do not think i would buy another case of this.
