Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

Poured a dark golden color with a slight haze to it. The aroma was strong with hops. The taste was smooth and didn’t leave a bitter aftertaste.

This beer had a refreshing taste to it. It didn’t have a strong bitter taste either. It had a golden color. It is one of the good beers I have had.

Bottle pours golden, small frothy white head that settles to a dishwater like film, fairly attractive lacing, with subtle carbonation.   Straight forward hops on the nose.   Quite grainy on first sip.   No real hop bite that I had in the aroma.   Medium body, not quite medium mouthfeel.   Finishes rather flat, not very crisp, with only a minor hop tinge but mostly grains.

12 bottle: hazed brownish orange with a fluffy, sticky head with great retention... woody, semi-sweet caramel piney hop aroma. Sourish, vanilla grapefruit flavour with a nice hop bite after a full palate of crystal malts. The malts interact with the cascade hops in an interesting way offering a strange natural souriness, enjoyable.

Picked up this brew to enjoy while watching Opening Day baseball. Poured into the glass with little head. Golden and very clear. It has a heavy, sticky smell. That’s good though. Rolls over the tounge nicely, and the Cascade hops stay with you for a while. Medium body and carbonation. Not one of my favorite Pale Ales, but no way I would turn it down if offerd to me.

Bottle. Very small but frothy head. Copper colored and hazy with small floaties(particulate matter). Nose is straw and pine with some citrus. Flavor is slightly fruity and has a bitter aftertaste of straw and pine. Dry mouth feel.
