Commercial Description:
A refreshing, golden amber brew, with Cascade hops from the Yakima Valley. Adding Cascades during conditioning captures the rich aroma of the hop, and completes the clean, well-balanced flavor of our American pale ale. Crisp, refreshing and exotically aromatic.

From a bottle poured amber with a lot of head. Nice hoppy flavor with a little bit of a metalic finish, maybe an old bottle.

Crystal clear, dark gold with an impressive frothy head. The lace slides down the glass, but is present Mild malt aroma with a touch of hop flower. Appealing and subtle. Nice hop bite on the initial sip. Hop bitterness stays throughout including the aftertaste, like an IPA. A very dry beer with little malt flavor This beer is going very nicely with my plate of German Hot Dogs with mustard. I like its clean taste and as a hop head, I welcome the bitterness. Very drinkable, but not very complex.

smells like hops. thin fluffy white head. Clear golden brown. Tastes initially hoppy with aftertaste becoming more watering. Not bad, more like an IPA.

Thanks to Daknole. Light amber ale with white head. Aroma of slight sweet malt. Creamy tasting but watery at the end. Leaves a slight dry aftertaste with a tinge of malt.

Poured a copperish color with a thin white head. Aroma of caramel, hops and spice. Taste of bitter hops and citrus. Decent pale ale. Moderate carbonation. Decent mouthfeel.

12 ounce bottle from Vintage Cellar in Blacksburg, VA. Pours a vibrant golden amber color with a medium head. Aroma is caramel and citrus hops. Taste is bitter citrus and resiny hops with malty caramel notes. Medium bodied.

This is hoppier than most pale ales - it’s almost in IPA territory. But that’s just fine by me. Cascade hops dominate the flavor while subtle caramel malt notes linger in the background. Very drinkable and enjoyable.

Pours golden amber with a light white head. The aromas here what I look for in a pale ale. Sweet and semi complex of hops and a little caramel. The flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aromas, but there is a good bitterness. Medium flavors of hops and a little piney. Needs more depth in the flavor. Not bad all around.
